Tucker III often goes by the nickname "Trip"
and is the 3rd highest ranking officer aboard the
Enterprise, after T'Pol.
Trip
has been a good friend of Captain Jonathan Archer for a
long time and was one of Archer's first choices for his
new ship. He's mentioned several times that his favorite
food is catfish.
Trip
is a charming southerner who has a good sense of humor
and is always ready for the next mission. He enjoys
going on away teams to get himself off of the ship from
time to time.
Trip
and Lieutenant Malcolm Reed argue on many occasions,
mainly over the weapons and defensive systems and their
different personalities. Despite this, these 2
eventually learn to tolerate each other. As
witnessed in "Shuttlepod One," Trip is a very
optimistic person, and Reed is very pessimistic and
never "lowers his shields."

Tucker is the first and only recorded case of a human
male becoming pregnant and the first human interspecies
pregnancy ("Unexpected"). |
